Farrell has been in the staffing industry for over thirty-five years. Starting her career in New York City with nationally recognized employment agencies Farrell ascended the ranks to Regional Vice President before launching her firm in 2001.
Jeremy joined the Professional Alternatives team 13 years ago. Jeremy has a decade of experience in the staffing industry. Focused on temporary talent recruitment, retention and placement Jeremy acts as the day to day liaison with our clients.
Judy joined the Professional Alternatives team 5 years ago bringing a wealth of HR knowledge and industry experience. Judy is focused on direct hiring and employee relations.
